Update: Unit 201 is under agreement.
We are delighted to have you over to our
virtual home! Cohousing is more than just a house-- it's a way of living
that makes it easy for you to meet neighbors, make friends, find
playmates for the kids, attend parties, or find a movie group. We are
situated in the artistic and creative Brookside area of the socially
and environmentally-conscious neighborhood of Jamaica Plain in Boston.
In addition to individual fully-equipped units, cohousing members share
and enjoy many large common areas because living in cohousing means
valuing a sense of community. Our shared facilities include a huge
dining hall where we host dinners, parties, and social events; a cozy
living room where we show movies and host various clubs; a toddler room
for young kids; a rumpus room with ping-pong and foosball; office space
and meeting room; a laundry room; a large indoor bike storage area; and
craft studios. Truly, living in cohousing offers the best of city
living, bringing together a diverse and vibrant group of people who
value individuality and a sense of community. If you would like to know
more, please call 781-267-5053 or visit our contact
